When you tap a call button on the Site, your phone's native dialer opens and you are connected directly with a third-party plumbing professional or referral network. We do not control, employ, or endorse any individual plumber or company you may reach.

We make no guarantee that any plumbing professional will be available, able to service your area, or able to complete your requested work. Availability, pricing, response times, and service areas are determined by the third-party professionals and networks you speak with, not by I Need a Plumber.

We do not guarantee that the phone number displayed will connect you to a plumber in your exact city or zip code. Marketing parameters such as city, state, or service area are used to route calls to the best available network, but actual service availability may vary.

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when speaking with plumbing professionals or referral networks.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to harass, abuse, or spam any party you are connected with.
• Understand that any work, estimates, warranties, or contracts are between you and the plumbing professional or network you engage.
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, scrape content, or misuse call-tracking numbers.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Need a Plumber disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Site (which, for a free call-only referral page, is zero).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless I Need a Plumber, its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your interaction with any third-party plumbing professional or referral network.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of I Need a Plumber or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where I Need a Plumber is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
